Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 21, 2026. This policy explains what information Citizen Seniors collects, how we use it, and your rights — including those under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide voluntarily: If you submit your email address and birthdate through one of our tools (such as the Medicare Penalty Calculator), we store that information in our email marketing platform (Kit.com) to send you educational content and scheduled reminders you have requested.
Information collected automatically: We use Ezoic to serve display advertising. Ezoic and its advertising partners may collect information about your device, browser, and browsing behavior using cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site.
Information our tools do NOT collect: The information you enter into our PDF generator, POA checklist, and other form-based tools is processed entirely in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers. We do not collect medication names, Social Security numbers, specific medical conditions, or diagnoses.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To send you the educational content or reminders you requested at opt-in
- To send you information about third-party insurance and financial services relevant to your situation (disclosed at opt-in)
- To understand how our tools are used so we can improve them
- To serve relevant display advertising through Ezoic and its partners
3. Third Parties We Share Data With
- Kit.com — Email marketing and automation. Stores your email and birthdate if you opt in.
- Postmark — Transactional email delivery. Used to send time-sensitive reminder emails.

4. Cookies
We use cookies for display advertising (Ezoic), analytics (Google Analytics), and to remember your cookie consent preference. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect ad personalization and some site functionality.
